Multiphysics results

A multiphysics steady-state analysis was completed in the full-core model by coupling the Bison thermo-mechanical solver to the Sockeye heat-pipe thermal performance solver.

The following picture obtained with Paraview displays the temperature throughout the core at steady-state. Temperatures are displayed in Kelvin.

The following picture displays the temperature obtained with Sockeye along the interface of the wick and vapor regions of the most inner heat-pipe at steady-state.
